Several months ago Belmont Police received an anonymous tip that
a residence on Lexington St. was being frequented by known drug
users and drugs were being used and sold at the residence. A
lengthy investigation was conducted by the Suburban Middlesex
County Drug Taskforce, of which Belmont is a member. On
Thursday January 17th members of the taskforce
executed a search warrant at 63 Lexington St. The resident,
Karen Flynn, 47, was arrested and charged with Possession of a
Class B Drug and Possession with Intent to Distribute
(cocaine). Also arrested and charged with Possession of a Class
B Drug were Melissa Borghette, 35, of 79 Stadium Way Allston and
Andra Hanright, 40, of 7 Middle St. Watertown. A fourth suspect
was arrested on Trapelo Rd. in Waltham shortly after he had left
63 Lexington St. Alexander Delgado, 32, of Roslindale was found
to be in possession of 40 plus grams of cocaine and over $1000
in cash. He is facing charges for trafficking in cocaine. The
three women were arraigned in Cambridge District Court while
Delgado was arraigned in Waltham District Court.
