Belmont, MA— The Belmont Police are asking motorists to avoid the intersections of Trapelo Road and Pleasant Street, and Trapelo Road at Mill Street beginning April 29, 2008.  Expect significant traffic delays on the above mentioned roadways.

Traffic will be impacted as a sewer line is connected to the Waverley Woods Housing Development. Traffic on Trapelo Road headed westbound in the area will be diverted into the eastbound lane. The eastbound lane will be narrowed to one lane.

 Expect delays on Pleasant Street, Waverley Square, and East Waltham. Construction could last for 2-4 days.
