The Belmont Police would like to remind all residents of G.L. Ch. 54 s 65. This law prohibits the carrying or placement of signs intended to influence a voter within 150 feet of the building entrance to a polling place.
This includes any shirts,pins,badges or any other form of literature that may support a candidate.
